Who we are, and agreeing to these terms

AutoWorc makes ready-made automations for back-office finance work.

By creating an account or using our products, you agree to these terms. If you use them for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Accounts

• To create an account, you must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business you sign up for.
• Give us accurate details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• If you invite other people to your account, you are responsible for what they do in it.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial with every feature included.

Beta products

Payout Match is provided as a beta. It may change while it is in beta, some features may not be available yet, and it may have limits on how it can be used.

AI and approvals

• Our products use AI to read documents and payouts and to check the figures. Automated results can be wrong.
• You review the results and approve them before anything goes ahead.
• You stay responsible for your accounting and tax decisions, and for what you approve.
• AutoWorc does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.

Third-party services

When you connect another service to our products, such as QuickBooks, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for its availability or for changes it makes.

Acceptable use

When you use our products, do not:

• break the law, or use them to help someone else break it
• upload documents or data you have no right to use
• send spam or misleading emails through them
• try to reach another customer's data, or get around limits or protections in the products
• overload, disrupt or copy the products, or resell them without our agreement

Availability

We work to keep our products available, but we do not promise any level of uptime. We may pause them for maintenance or fixes.

We may update these terms.
